摘    要:用ASI法和Olsen法测定中、酸性土壤有效磷含量,并比较了两种方法的结果。18个供试土壤有效磷测定值中,ASI法略高于Olsen法,两种方法测定结果的相关性均很好,且ASI法测定值与高梁幼苗生物产量、植物吸磷量均呈极显著相关。用ASI法多次重复测定,其结果重现性好,精密度高。

Abstract:The Agro Services International (ASi) method of extraction and determination of available soil phosphorus (P) was tested and compared with the Olsen method on sorghum (Sorghum Vaigaro) and rapeseed. (Brissica napus) grown both in laboratory and in outdoor plots in 18 samples of neutral and acidic soils. The results indicated that the former approach yielded constantly higher levels than the latter one but the values of the two showed highly significant correlation (r=0.9741). Furthermore. ASI-P was significatly correlated with dry mass of sorghum seedlings (r=0.7958) and rapessed (r=0.9711) and absorbed-P of sorghum (r=0.9396). ASI-P also showed a good consistency and high precision amoung replications. Therefore, the ASI method is recommended for determination of available soil phosphorus.
