| 摘 要： | 综合介绍了国内外汽车排放控制法规的发展，深入分析了汽车排放物对环境的危害以及因汽车保有量的增长而导致大气污染的日益严重。阐述了控制汽车排放污染物的必要性，并指出了我国汽车排放控制技术与国外的差距。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the development of the automobile emission control regulations, analyses the detriment that automobile emission to the environment . Because of the increase of automobile's assurintg amount, the air, pollution is more and more heavy. The necessity of controlling the automobile emission pollution is expatiated and the difference between our country's automobile control technique with foreign's is pointed out. |
