| 摘 要： | 为进一步转变湛江农垦经济发展方式，优化垦区产业结构，本文在深入调研的基础上，全面分析认为垦区经济社会发展仍处于可以大有作为的重要战略机遇期。提出要全面把握机遇，沉着应对挑战，进一步优化产业结构，整合优势资源，创新第三产业经营模式，务实推进，抓好落实，实现做大经济总量、提升经济效益的目标。

| Abstract: | In order to transform further the pattern of economic development and optimize the structure of industry in Zhanjiang state farms on the basis of in-depth research, this paper makes a comprehensive study of that it is still in the important period of strategic opportunities for the economic and social development in Zhanjiang state farms. It is set up to fully grasp the opportunities, meet challenges calmly, optimize the industrial structure, integrate the advantage resources, innovate the business mode of the third industry and make it carry out by effective actions, and make it bigger and stronger. |
