| 摘 要： | 农业基本建设项目投资对支持农业发展、改善农业生产条件、提升农业生产能力起着至关重要的作用。针对部分农业基本建设项目进度缓慢等问题进行分析研究，从加强领导、完善机制、强化措施、加强监督、提升素质等方面为热科院提高农业基本建设项目执行力提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The project of agricultural infrastructure construction is important to support the agriculture development, to improve agricultural production conditions, and to enhance the capacity of agricultural production. By analysis on the problems of slow project progress of some agricultural infrastructure construction, this paper affords suggestions for improving execution capacity of agricultural infrastructure construction projects at Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences from aspects of strengthening the leadership, improving the mechanism, enhancing measures, supervision and quality, etc. |
