| 摘 要： | 为了保护和提升海南省的地域特色农产品品牌,增强特色农产品市场竞争力,促进特色农业和区域经济发展,增加农民收入和保护消费者权益,特开展了地理标志农产品保护研究工作,阐述了地理标志对海南农业经济发展的作用及海南发展农产品地理标志的优势,总结了海南省地理标志农产品保护的发展现状,剖析了存在问题,并针对问题提出了相应的对策措施。

| Abstract: | In order to protect and promote the characteristic agricultural products brands of Hainan Province,strengthen market competition,promote characteristic agriculture and regional economic development,increase farmers’ income and to protect the rights of consumers,carrying out the protection of geographical indication products has become imperative.The author demonstrated the role of geographical indication for agricultural economic development and the advantages of developing geographical indication of agricultural products in Hainan,analyzed the current situation,main problems existed in geographical indication protection,and proposed relevant countermeasures for them. |
