职业教育机械专业人才培养现存问题与对策分析

文章分析了职业教育的学生学情现状，对比分析了用人单位对机械专业毕业生的素质能力需求，提出了用人单位所需要的人才素质能力要求与职业教育学生实际现状是矛盾的观点。因此，需要对职业教育机械专业人才培养教育教育进行反思，改进教育教学方式方法，确保人才培养的目标实现与企业需要统一、协调。立足于专业人才培养教学改革，笔者提出了若干建议，主要有强化职业素养教育、根据学生特点合理地选择教学方式、提倡学习氛围、提高学生的职业兴趣，创造职业情境、提升学生的职业意识。

Analysis of Problems in Talents Cultivation of Mechanical Majors in Vocational Education and Countermeasure

This paper analyzes the students learning situation of vocational education,compares quality and ability require-ments for mechanical graduates by employers,puts forward the paradox between quality requirements for graduates by employers and actual situation of graduates in vocational schools.Therefore,it needs to reflect talents cultivation of mechanical majors,im-proving teaching methods to ensure the conformity between talents training goal and the enterprise needs.Based on the teaching reform of talent cultivation,the author puts forward some suggestions, mainly including strengthening quality education,choosing teaching methods according to studentsˊcharacteristics,advocating learning atmosphere,improving studentsˊvocational interest, creating professional situation,improving the studentsˊprofessional consciousness.
