| 摘 要： | 微课制作与《前厅服务与管理》教学设计相结合，根据多年实际教学总结出一种行之有效的教学方法。文章在分析《前厅服务与管理》教学现状的基础上，指出微课制作在该门课程教学中的意义，并说明在实际教学设计中如何实践微课制作法，以达到教学目的实现。
