| 摘 要： | 在传统的FSC赛车制作过程中，车架的制作过程中主要采用划线，人工定位，误差较大，焊接后变形严重，针对这种问题，设计和开发FSC赛车车架夹具，减小在车架制造中的误差，有效提高车架的焊接精度和各个组件的精确位置。

| Abstract: | In the process of traditional FSC car production,the frame of the production process mainly adopts marking,arti-ficial positioning,and error is bigger.After welding,deformation is serious.To solve these problems,this paper aims to design and developFSC car frame jig,reduce the error in the chassis manufacturing,effectively improve the welding precision of the frame, and the precisely locate each component. |
