易变形复杂零件加工工艺研究

摘    要:易变形复杂零件的结构具有特殊性,在较高的加工技术要求时需要改善加工工艺路线,实现对复杂零件变形问题的有效控制。文章分析了易变形复杂零件的结构特点阐述了变形原因,提出了较少变形的措施,即通过粗精加工工序分开,适当进行热处理工序,并通过改善刀具材料和切削速度实现变形控制。最后系统说明了降低变形的工艺路线设计原则,为机械加工工艺设计人员提供参考。

Study on Process of Easily Deformed Complex Parts
Abstract:Easily deformed complex parts has special structure, which requires to improve process route when the processing technical requirement is high in order to realize valid control on deformation of the complicated parts.The paper analyzes the char-acteristics of easily deformed complex parts and the reasons for deformation and puts forward corresponding measures,which is to control deformation by separating rough and fine finish machining process,and carrying out appropriate heat treatment process,as well as improving cutting tool materials and cutting speed.Finally it illustrates design principles of reducing deformation route,to provide the reference for machining process design personnel.
