摘 要: | 某款2.0L增压汽油发动机在搭载某款整车进行热平衡试验时无法达标,水温达到平衡时发动机出水温度高于设计指标,导致空调无法开启。经过分析与讨论,发动机冷却系统流量分布不合理以及整车散热器散热能力不足是主要原因,经过两轮次的优化设计,最终通过整车热平衡试验。

Abstract: | One 2.0L turbo engine cannot meet the standards during the thermal balance test.When the water temperature be-comes stable, it is higher than the designed standard,which causes the air conditioner cannot be opened.After analysis and dis-cussion,unreasonable flow distribution and insufficient vehicle radiator performance are the main causes.Optimization is carried out and the vehicle thermal test has passed. |
