摘    要:近年来,山西省积极发展小杂粮生产,在推进区域布局、提高品质单产、开发产品、树立品牌方面取得了一定的成效。但是,山西小杂粮种植效益不高,市场发育滞后,加工水平低下,制约了小杂粮产业的发展。只有加大资金投入,加强基地建设,提高科技含量,扶持龙头企业,开拓消费市场,坚持扶优打假,才能够充分发挥区域性优势,促进山西小杂粮产业的快速发展。

Abstract:In recent years,minor cereals productions were actively developed in Shanxi Province,which have achieved certain effects in promoting regional distribution,improving the quality of production,developing product,and establishing a brand.However,the low planting efficiency of minor cereals,lagged market development,and the lower processing level,which constrained the development of minor cereals industry.Only by increasing financial input,strengthening base construction,improving scientific and technological content,supporting leading enterprises,and developing consumer market,regional advantages were full played and development of minor cereals industries of Shanxi Province were promoted rapidly.
