In recent years,minor cereals productions were actively developed in Shanxi Province,which have achieved certain effects in promoting regional distribution,improving the quality of production,developing product,and establishing a brand.However,the low planting efficiency of minor cereals,lagged market development,and the lower processing level,which constrained the development of minor cereals industry.Only by increasing financial input,strengthening base construction,improving scientific and technological content,supporting leading enterprises,and developing consumer market,regional advantages were full played and development of minor cereals industries of Shanxi Province were promoted rapidly.
