摘 要: | 对川芎菌核病菌的生物学特性进行了初步研究,结果表明:川芎菌核病菌在PSA和麦麸培养基上生长最好,在麦麸培养基上产菌核数量最多;菌落生长最适温度25℃,最适pH 7~8。菌丝能对各种形式的碳氮源加以利用,最适碳源为蔗糖,氮源为硝酸钠,胰蛋白胨产菌核最好,光照对菌丝生长影响较小。子囊孢子的萌发适温10~30℃p、H 7,菌核和子囊孢子的致死温度分别为70℃和50℃。不同地理来源的菌核萌发产盘率受到温度及覆土深度的影响。菌核和子囊孢子的致死温度分别为70℃和50℃。

Abstract: | The study on the biological characteristic of S.sclerotiorum showed that: the mycelia could grow better on PSA and millfeed medium and produce most sclerotiums on millfeed medium.The optimum temperature and the pH value for mycelia growth were at 25 ℃ and 7~8.The mycelia could make use of various carbon and nitrogen sources.The effect of light on mycelia growth was not evident.The range of temperature for ascospore germination was 10~30 ℃ and the optimum pH value was 7.The lethal temperatures for sclerotium and ascospore were 70 ℃ and 50 ℃ respectively. |
