韭菜花粉管通道法转基因技术

摘    要:花粉管通道法介导韭菜转基因尚处于研究阶段,它是基因工程技术与常规杂交育种相结合的育种方法。本文详尽介绍了外源dna片段在韭菜基因组中整合的理论基础和受精过程转化的理论基础,韭菜利用花粉管通道法转基因的操作程序、影响因素及优缺点和前景。
