机械损伤与二点叶螨取食对烟草挥发性信息化合物的影响

摘    要:以烟草为植物材料,研究机械损伤、二点叶螨取食对烟草挥发性信息化合物的影响,结果表明:机械损伤后烟草植株立即大量释放出来源于茉莉酸信号转导途径的含有6个碳原子的醇、醛化合物;烟草遭受二点叶螨取食24 h后诱导出多种新的挥发性信息化合物。

Abstract:This study examined the effects of mechanical wounding and Tetranychus urticae Koch feeding on volatile infrochemicals of tobacco.The results showed that damaged plants immediately emitted a significantly large amount of six-carbon aldehydes,alcohols which came from jasmonate-signal transduction pathways.However,in response to Tetranychus urticae Koch infested for 24 hour,many novel volatile infrochemicals were induced.
