河北省地级市农业生产效率的DEA研究

基于非参数的DEA方法,选取1998、2003年和2008年3个时间点的农业生产投入和产出类指标,分析了河北省11个地级市农业生产效率的变化,包括综合技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率,并运用DEA分级有效性评价方法对DEA无效的地区进行效率排名。结果显示:河北省各地级市农业综合技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率平均值在研究时期内分别呈递增趋势,DEA无效的地区数量也呈减少态势,但是DEA无效的地区农业生产投入冗余较严重,还存在较大的改进空间。

Study on agricultural production efficiency of prefecture-level cities in Hebei province by DEA

On the base of non-parametric Data Envelopment Analysis method,seven indexes depicting agricultural production inputs and outputs in 1998,2003 and 2008 were selected to analyse the changes of agricultural production efficiency in 11 prefecture-level cities,including the changes of the scale efficiency and technical efficiency.The evaluation method for the hierarchical effectiveness of DEA was used to sort the DEA-inefficient areas.The results were shown that during the study period,the mean of technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of each prefecture-level city in Hebei province were increasing separately,and the number of DEA-inefficient areas were less and less.However,the DEA-inefficient areas had the problem of excessive input,and they had much room to improve the agricultural production efficiency.
