| 摘 要： | 胡锦涛总书记在十七大报告中指出要统筹城乡发展,推进社会主义新农村建设。而在建设新农村的具体实践中,要注意对古村镇的保护,要兼顾生态、功能和安全、要提倡建筑节能,做好建筑抗震预防等,按照节约建筑土地,方便农民生活,体现地方特色的原则,扎扎实实地把农村规划建设工作推向前进。

| Abstract: | In the report of seventeenth NPC,Hu jintao pointed out that we should make an overall plan for urban and rural development,and promote socialistic new country construction.During practicing the new country construction,we should pay attention to age-old villages' protection,ecology,function and security,call for building energy-saving and building frame-shear,and so on.Consequently,country planning building will be promoted really. |
