外源植物DNA处理水稻胚获取再生株后代性状变异的初步研究

摘    要:本试验用外源植物DNA处理水稻离体胚,并获取胚的再生植株。试验结果表明,外源植物DNA预处理的稻胚所获取的自由株与一般未处理稻胚所获取的再生株相比,可以扩大水稻亲本株某些性状(株高、穗粒数、育性等)的变异幅度,甚至出现个别性状发生特殊变异的个体。采用外源DNA预处理外植体与再生植株技术结合,这一途径可以扩大水稻等作物常规育种的变异幅度,增加育种上的变异选择范围。

Initial Research on the Trait Variation in the Regenerated Plant from the Rice Embryo Treated by Exogenous Plant DNA
Abstract:Rice plants can be regenerated from the in vitro embryo treated by exogenous plant DNA in the experiment.The result showed that the variations can be widespread of some traits(such as plant height,grain number per spike and fertility)in the free plant from the embryo treated with exogenous plant DNA compared with ones from the untreated embryos and some individual plants occured with special variation in one or two traits.So,with the combination of treatment on exoplant with exogenous DNA and plant regeneration technique,the variation and selecting scope will be expanded for conventional breeding of crops,such as rice and so on.
