| 摘 要： | 本文通过对学校文化内涵的阐述,分析了学校文化的主要内容,从三个方面剖析学校文化的主要功能,同时以设计和建设富有地方大学特色的学校文化的思考和实践为例,通过个案分析来作进一步的阐释。
