我国小麦生产现状与发展小麦生产能力的思考

针对我国小麦的供需矛盾，从产量、品质、生产布局、产业化经营和生产效益角度分析了我国小麦生产的现状和主要存在问题，根据小麦主产区的生态特点和生产条件，从扩大种植面积和提高单产两方面对小麦的持续增产潜力进行了分解，提出了筛选推广主导品种与主推技术和加强新品种选育与栽培技术研究的技术对策，分析提出了我国小麦育种技术和栽培技术研究的重点与发展目标，对发展我国小麦生产能力提出建议。

Production Status and Development of Productive Capacity of Wheat in China

The status and the main questions of wheat production in China were analyzed in aspects of output, quality, production layout, industrialized management and benefits, considering the contradiction of supply and need of wheat in China. Based on the ecological characteristic and productive condition of wheat production zones, the potential of sustainable output-increasing was analyzed in two aspects of enlarging planting areas and elevating yield per unit of area. It put forward choice and extending of main varieties and main techniques, and strengthening the breeding of new varieties and studying of cultivation technique as main principal technical countermeasures. It indicated the emphases and development goal of studies on wheat breeding technique and cultivating technique. Also suggestions to promote productive capacity of wheat in China were provided.
