摘    要:本研究应用计算机辅助色彩识别技术,对以白色棉冀851和棕色棉ZYS20作为亲本的杂交后代F2群体的棉花纤维颜色进行了分析,研究结果表明应用计算机辅助色彩识别技术获取棉花纤维红绿蓝(RGB)数据,适合对棉花有色纤维的颜色鉴定,获取的数据客观可靠可重复,值得在彩色棉育种中应用。对本研究的F2群体的分析表明,棉花纤维颜色的:RGB值的百分数在该群体中分离状况符合正态分布,符合多基因控制的数量性状遗传特征。

Abstract:The genetic analysis for cotton colored fiber has been studied with the computer assisted identification. 228 individuals of the F 2 population derived from cross of Ji851 and colored cotton ZYS20 were used to be analyzed in this research. The data of RGB combinations (Red, Green and Blue) were collected by the scanner. The results showed RGB data can represent the degree of colour of cotton fiber, it is more impersonality, repetitiousness and credibility. Furthermore, the distribution of RGB data is very accord to normal distribution, it is preliminary confirmation that the traits of cotton fiber colour is a quantitative trait controlled by polygene. The technique for fiber colour identification was strongly recommended to be used in the coloured cotton breeding.
