新生代农民工相关概念辨析

从“农民工”概念与社会歧视、“新生代”与社会阶层流动、“新生代农民工”的性别指向3个方面辨析了农民工问题与其他社会问题的关联性。结果表明，“农民工”的“工”字，主要由“打工”一词演化而来；“农民工”虽然是带有歧视含义的概念，但反映了某个社会阶层真实的生存状态；与第一代农民工相比，新生代农民工实际上只是农民工二代，其相对社会位置基本未变；中国社会流动的不公正在包括新生代农民3-在内的“穷二代”与“富二代”、“官二代”之间，可能会造成社会阶层板结化，并导致对立阶级的出现；新生代农民工正以“女多男少”的性别结构，颠覆着其父辈对“男外女内”式传统性别关系的心理认同；由性别差异导致的有关新生代女性农民工的社会难题，都将直接关系到能否建设符合人性的道德伦理框架，以及能否将整个社会的思想文化水平稳健地提升到现代化的高度。

Analysis on the Concepts Concerning New Generation Migrant Workers
