水果业由于自然和市场双重风险的压力,并没有为农民带来预期的利益。以猕猴桃为例,这种目前水果业中具有很好发展前景的产业,但目前的猕猴桃业并没有为农户带来明显的效益,根本原因是组织形态创新不到位,借鉴新西兰发展猕猴桃业的经验,合作社是一种有效的形式。

Study on Organization Form of Fruit Industry

With life quality improved, fruit industry is getting a large developing space. Theoretically, it should be a target industry foragricultural structure adjusted. But with the risk pressure from the nature and market, fruit industry hasn’t bought expected benefit to farmer.Based on Kiwi fruit, this is a good industry with attractive developing prospect at present, which is a source to increase farmer’s incoming. Butfarmer haven’t got obvious benefits fromKiwi fruit industry now. The basic reason is the organization form without enough innovation. Borrowingthe experience fromNewZealand, co-operative is a suitable form.
