摘    要:以抗青枯病烟草品种反帝3号、Oxord940、D101、K346、Coker176为砧木,以品质优但抗性差的云烟87为接穗,进行烟草嫁接苗对青枯病防治效果试验。结果表明,烟草嫁接苗在生育期、农艺性状和外观质量等方面与对照非嫁接烟苗基本一致,但对细菌性青枯病的抗病力则大大增强,各处理对烟草青枯病的防治效果分别达到73.73%、69.50%、73.97%、67.49%和68.35%,其中以反帝3号和D101为砧木的嫁接烟苗防效最高,各处理间防效差异不显著。研究结果为烟草青枯病防治开辟了一条新途径。

Abstract:The present experiment has been undertaken to study the control of tobacco bacterial wilt by grafting technique.Five bacteria wilt-resistant tobacco varieties(Fandi 3,Oxord940,D101,K346 and Coker176) were used as rootstocks and tobacco varietiy Yunyan 87 which has good quality but poor resistance to bacterial wilt was used as scion.The results showed that the growth period,agronomic characters and appearance quality of grafted tobacco seedlings were basically identical with the control tobacco seedlings without grafting,but its resistance to bacterial wilt diseases was greatly enhanced,the control effects of different rootstocks treatments,viz.,Fandi 3,Oxord940,D101,K346 and Coker176 reached 73.73%,69.50%,73.97%,67.49% and 68.35%,respectively,out of which Fandi 3 and D101 were the highest,however,the difference among the treatments were not significant.
