| 摘 要： | 观察保心宁软胶囊对犬急性心肌缺血及心肌梗死作用的影响。采用冠脉结扎法造成急性心肌缺血模型。结果表明,保心宁软胶囊能明显改善犬急性心肌缺血,明显减轻由心外膜电图所标测的缺血程度,明显减少通过硝基四氮唑兰染色所显示的梗塞区。保心宁软胶囊能明显改善心肌缺血及缩小心肌梗塞范围,起到保护心肌的作用。

| Abstract: | To study the effects of Baoxinning soft capsule on myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction in dogs. Dog model with acute myocardial ischemia was established by the ligation of coronary arteries. The results showed the baoxinning soft capsule could significantly improve acute myocardial ischemia in dogs, decrease the extent of myocardial ischemia （∑-ST）assignment tested by epicardial electrocardiogram, and reduce the infarction area displayed by N-BT staining. Baoxinning soft capsule can significantly improve myocardial ischemia and reduce the myocardial infarction area. Overall, Baoxining has protective effect on myocardium. |
