| 摘 要： | 为了给葡萄的高空压条繁殖提供参考,以3年生无核白鸡心葡萄苗为材料,研究不同浓度的生长调节剂萘乙酸(NAA)和不同包被材料(园土、基质)对压条生根的影响。结果表明:NAA对葡萄高空压条生根具有明显的促进作用,且以400 mg/L的生根效果最好,包被材料用基质最佳。

| Abstract: | Gentennnial seedless grape was used to be laid in air for propagation.The different concentration of NAA(200mg/L、400 mg/L、600 mg/L、800 mg/L)and different bandaging material(soil,stroma)were treated to study the effect of rooting.The result showed that NAA can promote rooting.400mg/L was the best.Bandaging material all has apparent difference effect,the stroma was the best. |
