| 摘 要： | 随着电信体制改革的不断深入 ,通信市场垄断的格局已经打破 ,作为老牌的主导通信企业为了更好地吸引人才、留住人才、使用人才 ,以便在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地 ,就必须加快工资制度改革 ,建立起与现代企业相适应的薪酬制度。
