| 摘 要： | 用添加免疫增强剂——三花散的饲料饲喂中华鳖,研究了免疫增强剂对中华鳖体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。结果表明:免疫增强剂对中华鳖肾脏中SOD活性的改善作用不明显,对肝脏中SOD活性的改善作用明显,肝脏组织中两种酶的活性随免疫增强剂浓度的升高和时间的延长而加强,说明免疫增强剂不仅可以提高中华鳖免疫因子的活性,而且有可能促进机体的抗氧化能力。

| Abstract: | Soft-shelled turtle Trionyx sinensis juveniles were stocked into 36 tanks of each 12 m2 and 24 m2 and fed the diets supplemented with herbal immunoenhancer called as Sanhuasan to evaluate the effects of the herbal immunoenhancer on the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and CAT in the turtle in vivo.The results showed that the herbal immunoenhancer improved the liver SOD and CAT enzyme activity with the increase in density of the herbal immunoenhancer significantly,especially in liver organization.The ... |
