畜禽肌肉品质遗传的研究进展

摘    要:肌肉品质是人们对多种肉质性状的综合评价,肉质主要受遗传因素的影响。为了探明肉质的遗传规律,国内外对肉质主要进行了以下几方面的研究:(1) 肉质性状遗传参数估计;(2) 肌肉品质的相关遗传;(3) 影响肉质的主基因;(4) 与肉质性状连锁的 Q T L 的测定。

Abstract:Meat quality is a kind of comprehensive evaluation to meat based on various kinds of meat quality traits,meat quality infuenced mainly by heredity.To explore the genetic laws of meat quality,internal and external reseachers have carried on many studies,especially on the following aspects:(1)Estimation of genetic parameters to meat quality traits;(2)The correlation heredity of meat quality;(3)The major gene affecting meat quality;(4)The detection of QTL that linked to meat quality traits.
