| 摘 要： | 植物保护工作是粮食安全生产中的重要一环,是粮食综合生产能力建设的重要组成部分,是提高粮食产量、增加农民收入、保护农业生态环境必不可少的一项重点工作。通过加强体系建设、加快机制创新、加大资金投入等措施,可以进一步发挥植物保护在粮食安全生产、减灾防灾等工作中的重大作用。

| Abstract: | Elaborating the plant protection is an important work of the safe production of food, is the important constitute part of eonstrueting the complex throughput of food, is an important work to increase yield of food and income of farmer and the protecting agro-environment, and through strengthening of the system construction and to speed the innovation of mechanism and to increase devotion of funds through etc, can further develop the important function of the safety produetion of food and reducing the disaster and preventing disaster. |
