摘    要:由于平面目标与垂直目标的形态不同,雾滴在两种目标上面分布性能有很大的区别。通过设计立体喷雾试验模型,对几种常规喷头进行对比试验,说明了它们在垂直小目标上的分布特性。试验结果表明相同喷头在不同喷雾目标上的雾滴分布差异很大,建议实际喷雾作业中应根据不同喷雾对象选择合适的喷头。

Abstract:Since a great difference of accepting surfaces between flat targets and vertical ones, the droplets distributions show different deposit on these two targets. By setting up three dimensional test models, comparative spray tests were conducted. 4 different nozzles ware tested to investigate their performance on vertical targets. The test showed that different nozzles appeared very different deposit properties on vertical targets against horizontal ones. Air inclusion nozzles may do well on flat surface but not on vertical stems comparing to conventional fan nozzles. The height of nozzles above targets is also an important factor affecting the uniformity of droplet distribution.
