摘    要:对杨木单板湿热处理后制造单板层积材进行了初步研究。研究表明:对单板进行调湿热压预处理,降低了单板的吸水性,降低了单板层积材的吸水厚度膨胀率,使其弹性模量增加;同时随着处理单板的含水率和热压温度的增加,这些变化呈现出了加强的趋势。

Abstract:The manufacturing method of LVL with poplar veneer treated by hydrothermal condition was discussed in this paper.The results showed that after the hydrothermal treatment,the water absorption of poplar veneer was reduced while the thickness swelling ratio and the modulus of elasticity(MOE) of LVL were enhanced.With the increase of moisture content and hot-pressing temperature,these changing trend was intensified.
