| Abstract: | Based on an investigation of the current production status of chestnut crop in Hubei Province and the national as well as overseas marketing needs, four production orientations were suggested. Accordingly, the marketable chestnut can be divided into four types, namely, chestnut to be added to food and dishes ;chestnut to be fried as between-meal nibbles; chestnut to be eaten raw; and chestnut to be processed. |
