摘    要:茶树原产于热带及亚热带,是一种喜温暖气候条件的植物。随着全球气候的变化,极端气候出现的几率越来越高,低温已经成为影响茶叶生产、茶树生长和地域分布的最重要环境因子之一。轻者减产,重者茶树死亡,尤其是"倒春寒"对茶叶生产的影响,每年给茶农造成巨大经济损失,低温冻害已成为我国茶叶生产的主要限制气候因子之一。本文综述了茶树对低温冻害响应的研究进展,并提出了应对技术及未来的研究重点,供相关人员参考。

Abstract:Tea plant is originated from the tropics or subtropics,which prefers warm climate.With the change of global climate,the probability of extreme climate gets increasing higher.Low temperature has become one of the most important environmental factors affecting tea production,tea plant growth and regional distribution.The freezing injury,especially for cold spell in the spring,has become one of the main limiting climatic factors of tea production in China,which causes huge economic losses to tea farmers every year.In this paper,the research progresses of tea plants in response to low temperature and freezing injury are reviewed,and corresponding technology and the future research emphasis are put forward for reference of relevant personnel.
