| 摘 要： | 基于国内外专家对知识管理的认知,指出农业科研机构知识管理可为实现隐形和显性知识搭建新的平台、提供新的途径,可提高科研单位的应变能力和创新能力。介绍了农业科研知识管理研究的作用：一是促进隐形知识显性化;二是促进科研人员知识共享;三是研制知识管理原型系统;四是研究实现知识管理的机制;五是通过竞争情报手段对外部知识进行管理;六是为农业科研机构培养知识管理人才;七是为领导进行科研项目管理决策服务。探讨了农业科研机构知识管理的一是知识的生产与创新;二是知识的获取与组织;三是知识的传播与共享;四是人力资源的管理;五是基础设施的建设与管理。为进一步加强农业科研机构知识管理研究,提出了相应的管理措施。 |
