硝基苯胁迫对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:采用温室盆栽生物测定方法,研究硝基苯对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,硝基苯对玉米种子萌发的抑制程度远远小于对幼苗生长的抑制程度.硝基苯对不同品种玉米出苗率的影响存在明显差异,抑制东甜3号的出苗率,延缓出苗,抑制程度随着硝基苯浓度的增大而增大;高浓度时对东农248和本育12的出苗率有抑制作用.硝基苯抑制玉米株高、主根长及根鲜重,抑制程度随着硝基苯浓度的增大而增大,其中对玉米根鲜重的影响最为显著.在硝基苯胁迫下,玉米根部变细,须根数减少.硝基苯对玉米地下部分的影响大于地上部分,对硝基苯的敏感性依次为东甜3号>东农248>本育12.

Effects of Nitrobenzene Stress on Corn Seed Germination and Seedling Growth
Abstract:Effects of nitrobenzene stress on corn seed germination and seedling growth were conducted by bioas-say.The results showed that inhibition of nitrobenzene on the germination of corn was less than that of seedling growth.There were distinct differences in effects of nitrobenzene on the germination rate of different corn varieties.The germi-nation rate of sweet corn was inhibited obviously by nitrobenzene, and the inhibition effect increased with the concen-tration of nitrobenzene, only the germination rate of hard corn and dent corn were inhibited by nitrobenzene at high concentration.Nitrobenzene restrained the plant height, taproot length and root fresh weigh, and the inhibition effect increased with the concentration of nitrobenzene.Root fresh weight was inhibited more obviously than plant height and taproot length.Root of corn grew thin and the number of fibre decreased under nitrobenzene stress.The order of ni-trobenzene influencing corn was underground part > aerial part and the sensitivity order of corn variety to nitrobenzene was > Dongtian No.3 > Dongnong248 > Benyu12.
