| 摘 要： | 通过对浙江省生态公益林建设、管理和森林生态效益补偿实施工作状况及其建设成效的总结分析,指出了当前浙江省生态补偿标准低、群众认识还不到位、经营采伐难度大、管理机构及法律体系不健全等问题,提出了进一步完善森林生态效益补偿机制、提高补偿标准、提高林分质量、建立生态公益林管理法律制度等对策建议.

| Abstract: | Analysis on construction,management and eco-compensation of ecological forest in Zhejiang province demonstrated low compensation standard,low cognition of local people,difficult cutting and imperfect administration institutions and relative laws.Countermeasures were offered such as improving eco-compensation system,increasing compensation quota,enhancing forest quality and establishing relative laws and regulations. |
