摘    要:目的:为研究舌鳞状细胞癌(SCC)的发生和发展规律建立舌鳞癌动物模型。方法:采用化学致癌剂4—硝基喹啉—l—氧化物(NQO)给水饮用法.对20只SD大白鼠舌粘膜进行诱癌实验、观察肿瘤诱发情况。结果:至32周时、20只大鼠有14只出现高分化鳞状细胞癌、3只为原位癌;余3只为轻、中度异常增生。结论:以饮水给4NQO能成功地建立舌癌的动物模型。

Abstract:Objective: To establish an animal model of tongue squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) for further study of tongue carcinogenesis Methods: SD rats drank 4 nitroquinoline 1 oxide(4 NQO) solution every day Rats were killed in 32 weeks,and their tongues were removed for histopathological examination Results: In 20 rats treated with 4 NQO,there were 14 rats with high differentiated SCC of tongue,3 with carcinoma in situ,and 3 with mild to moderate dysplasia Conclusion: 4 NQO could reliably induce neoplastic lesions in rat tongue mucosae which mimic human oral carcinoma or precancerous lesions in morphological and histological characteristics
