黄芩无菌发芽方法的研究

摘    要:[目的]筛选便于进行黄芩组织培养的无菌发芽方法。[方法]比较不同无菌发芽方法和激素对黄芩种子萌发的影响。[结果]采用脱脂棉法和沙基法黄芩种子发芽率在整个培养过程中均在0.05水平显著高于培养基法和滤纸桥法,GA3和BA对黄芩种子的萌发无明显的作用。[结论]采用不添加激素的脱脂棉法,可快速获得黄芩的无菌苗。

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to filter the methods easy to aseptic germination of Scutellaria barcaleasis Georgi tissue culture.[Method] The influence of different aseptic germination methods and phytohormones for S.barcaleasis germination were contrasted.[Result] The germination rates with absorbent cotton and filterpaper bridge methods in the whole culture period were significantly higher than those with other methods.However,GA3 and BA didn′t show difference.[Conclusion] Absorbent cotton method without phytohormones was the fast way to get aseptic seedling.
