妊娠、泌乳不同时期小鼠催乳素释放肽mRNA在甲状腺中的表达

摘    要:为了研究妊娠、泌乳不同时期PrRP mRNA在甲状腺中的表达水平,取36只小鼠,分为妊娠早(6 d)、中(12 d)、晚期(18 d)和泌乳早(6 d)、中(12 d)、晚期(18 d)6组,每组6只,以GAPDH作为内对照探究小鼠甲状腺中PrRP mRNA的相对含量。结果表明,妊娠期和泌乳期PrRP mRNA在甲状腺中的表达均呈现先升高再降低的趋势;妊娠和泌乳的不同时期PrRPmRNA的表达水平不同,对催乳素的释放调节水平不同,PrRP mRNA可能通过调节催乳素的释放来影响泌乳量。

Abstract:To study the effect of expression of PrRP mRNA in the thyroid of mouse at different periods of pregnancy and lactation,36 mice were divided into 6 groups: early pregnancy(6 d),medium pregnancy(12 d),late pregnancy(18 d),early lactation(6 d),medium lactation(12 d) and late lactation(18 d),each group had six mice.The relative content of PrRP mRNA in thyroid was calculated with GAPDH as the control.The results showed that the expression of PrRP mRNA in the thyroid of mouse at pregnancy and lactation stage increased at first and reduced later.The different expression levels of PrRP mRNA in thyroid in pregnancy and lactation periods might influence the regulation levels of prolactin release,and PrRP mRNA might influence the capacity of lactation through the regulation of prolactin release.
