MY OPINION UPON THE CONCEPT AND THE SCOPE OF AGRCIULTURE

What is the concept and the scope of agriculture is a basic problery in theory in agriculture. It is very importantwh, ether in theory or in practice, to correctly resolve this problem. This treatise raises its own point of view with regard to some ideas of this problem in academic circles, and it is believed that, while defining the concept and the scope for agriculture, we should stand strictly on the basis of the iutriusic features of agriculture, and meanwhile give a full consideration to the level of the productive forces of a nation in a cerain period of time and to the strong seasonal characteristics of the agricultural production, and not act at subujective will.
