| 摘 要： | 传统中国，帝国行政机构的管理并没有渗透到乡村一级，乡村治理主要依赖绅士阶层。绅士权威基础来源于帝国赋予的身份及特权，民间认同是获得权威的决定因素。绅士依靠自主网络实现了乡村的有效治理，但是其治理活动有一定的局限性。

| Abstract: | In traditional China,the management of the empire administrative institution had not been permeated into countryside.The rural governance mainly relied on gentleman stratum.The authority basis of gentlemen was originated from their status and privilege entrusted by the empire.The folk approval was the decisive factor for obtaining the authority.Gentlemen relied on autonomous network to realize the effective treatment of countryside,but their governance activities had certain limitations. |
