湛江市霞山区社区卫生服务满意度调查及影响因素分析

目的 了解居民对社区卫生服务的满意度及其影响因素.方法 随机抽取湛江市霞山区6个社区卫生服务机构,现场随机调查540名就诊患者或患者家属,logistic回归分析社区卫生服务满意度及其影响因素.结果 回收有效问卷501份,147人（29.3％）对社区卫生服务机构总体评价为满意,322人（64.3％）总体评价为一般;就诊方便性、服务价格、服务态度、等候时间、就医环境的满意度分别为79.0％、77.6％、74.3％、73.7％和72.5％;医生的技术水平、机构的设施设备满意度分别为4.0％和4.4％.logistic回归分析显示就诊方便性、服务价格和服务态度是社区卫生服务满意度的影响因素.结论 居民对社区卫生服务总体满意度较低,就诊方便性、服务价格和服务态度是社区卫生服务机构的优势.

Survey on satisfaction of community health service and influencing factors in Xiashan district of Zhanjiang city

Objective To analyze the satisfaction and influential factors of community health service in the inhabitants. Methods Six community health service institutions were randomly drawn from the Xiashan district of zhanjiang city, and 540 patients or family members underwent the field survey. The satisfaction and influential factors of community health service were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression. Results Among the 501 valid questionnaires, 147 （29.3%） residents were satisfactory for the community health service, while 322 （64.3%） regarded as general The satisfaction rates of convenience, service price and attitude, waiting time, and medical environment, level and equipment were 79.0%, 77.6%, 74.3%, 73.7%, 72.5%, 4.0%, and 4.4%, respectively. Multivariate logistic regression revealed that the influencing factors of community health service satisfaction were convenience, service price and attitude. Conclusion The community health service is unsatisfactory for the local residents. The advantages of the community health service institutions include convenience, service price and attitude.
