施肥对棉花营养器官养分含量的影响研究

摘    要:通过棉花盆栽施肥试验,研究施肥对棉花营养器官养分含量的影响。结果表明,棉根全氮含量和全磷含量随生育期的推进而增加;棉茎全氮和全磷、棉叶全磷含量随生育期的推进而下降;棉叶全氮含量随生育期的推进呈现先增加后下降趋势;棉茎全磷含量在生育初期至中期下降较快,下降幅度达36.34%;而棉叶全氮含量在中期至后期的下降幅度达50%。棉叶全磷含量初期至中期以及中期至后期的降幅基本相等(40%-45%)。在施用90kg/hm。硫酸钾底肥基础上,施N540kg/hm。P205405kg/hm。处理、施N720kg/hm。、施P205540kg/hm。处理、施N1080kg/hm。、施PzO。810kg/hm。处理棉花各营养器官氮磷含量相对较高,但差异不显著。

Abstract:The main objective of this paper was designed to study the influence of applying fertilizer on nutrient content in different vegetative organs in cotton by the pot experiment. The results indicated that the content of total N and total P of cotton root increased with the advance of the growth period. The content of total N and total P of cotton stems and total P of cotton leaves decreased with the advance of growth period. The content of total N of cotton leaves firstly increased then decreased with the advance of the growth period. The content of total P in cotton stems more quickly decreased from early stage to mid- dle stage of the growth period, the decreased rate was 36.34%. The decreased rate of the contents of total N in the cotton leaves was 50% from middle stage to later stage. The decreased rates of contents of total P in cotton leaves was equal from early stage to middle stage and from middle stage to late stage (40 %- 45%). Based on applying the base fertilizer K2SO4 90 kg/hmz ,the contents of N and P in different vegetative organs of cotton treated with applying N 540 kg/hm2 ,P2 05 405 kg/hm2 , N 720 kg/hm2 ,P20s 540 kg/hm2 , N 1 080 kg/hm2 ,P2Os 810 kg/hm2 were relatively high,but there were no significant differences.
