| 摘 要： | [目的]了解不同的分析方法对甘蔗蔗糖分测定结果的影响程度,探寻简便科学的甘蔗蔗糖分分析方法。[方法]设立几种甘蔗蔗糖分的分析方法,对各方法的相关系数和离差偏差进行分析。[结果]出汁率大于72％时相关系数最高,各种方法的相关系数都达到0．9900以上,而离差偏差最低;蔗渣水分大于55％、45％～50％时用不同方法测定甘蔗蔗糖分其离差偏差比较接近;用一次蒸煮法分析,当观测锤度小于18BX和大于22BX时,相关系数比较高;直接转光度在70％～85％时不同方法测定其相关系数都呈最大。[结论]根据不同的经验值来选择分析方法,可以提高分析的效率。

| Abstract: | [Objective] The aim was to know the influence degree by using kinds of sucrose content and explore the scientific and simple sucrose content analyzing methods.[Method] Several analysis methods of sucrose content were established to analyze the correlation coefficients and deviation among all kinds of methods.[Result] When the juice yield was above 72%,the maximum correlation coefficient was above 0.990 0 for each method,but the STDEV was minimum.The STDEV was close when the water of bagasse was 55% and 45%-... |
