| 摘 要： | 两湖平原是我国重要的农产品生产基地，也是洪涝灾害多发区和重灾区，通过对两湖平原农业生态环境分析，探讨两湖平原农业洪涝灾害的基本特征，进而提出在洪灾胁迫下调整两湖平原农业种植制度，通过发展耐涝农业生产，开发冬季农业，选育早熟或晚熟品种错开洪涝高峰期，推广套种技术，发展精养渔业等途径，实现农业避洪减灾。

| Abstract: | As an important Area of agricultural production, the Plain of Hubei and Hunan is an Area of heavy flood disasters.Analysed on agricultural ecological environment, we have studied the essential character of agricultural flood disaster in the plain. We have put forward methods and policies of agricultural flood reducing, which include developing floodtolerant production, winter's crop, electing precocious seeds and serotinous seeds avoiding peak of flood disaster, using mixed cultural techniques and developing intensive fishery. |
