油菜种子老化过程中的生理生化变异

摘    要:以不同贮藏年限的3个油菜品种的种子为材料,研究种子在老化过程中的生理生化变异。结果表明,种子全氮含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、酯酶活力及过氧化物酶活力随种子的老化均有不同程度的下降,且存在品种间差异。

Abstract:The Physiological and biochemical changes in the seed-ageing procedures were investigated in three rape varieties which have been stored in desiccators for four months to nineteen years.The results showed that the contents of nitrogen,resoluable protein,activity of esterase and pefoxidase could decrease with the increase of storage duration of the seeds.Variation of the changes among varieties was observed.
