| 摘 要： | 高校学生管理工作是以学生为中心,为学生成长、成才、成功提供帮助和支持的重要教育工作,是培养社会主义高素质、高水平合格接班人的重要环节,是为学生健康成长塑造正确的人生现、价值现、世界观的重要过程。从“组织建设、制度保证、灵活发展”三个方面,阐述了高校在新时期大学生的管理和实践中,建立长效工作机制的必要性、紧迫性和具体方法,为加强、完善和规范高校学生的管理活动做了一些有益的实践和探索。
