摘    要:选取10月龄的番鸭种鸭840只,随机平均分为对照组和试验组,试验组在对照组日粮基础上添加0.2%酪酸菌,以观察酪酸菌对种鸭生产性能和种蛋受精率的影响。结果表明,试验组平均产蛋率85.85%,比对照组高4.10个百分点(P<0.05);试验组受精率为100%,比对照组高28.58个百分点(P<0.01);蛋品质的相关指标则无显著差异(P>0.05)。试验结果表明,酪酸菌可以明显提高种鸭产蛋率和受精率。

Effects of Clostridium butyricum on Performance of Breed Ducks
Abstract:In this study,the effects of Clostridium butyricum on the performance of breed ducks were investigated.10-month-old breeding Muscovy ducks(n=840) were randomly divided into two treatment groups.Ducks fed with basal diet were used for the control group and those fed with basal diet supplemented with 0.2% probiotics were experimental group.The experiments were continued for 34 days.The average laying rate of ducks in experimental group was 85.85%,significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared to control group,the fertilization rate of experimental group was 100%,extremely significantly higher(P<0.01).As for other egg qualities,no differences were observed between these two treatment groups(P>0.05).The results suggest that Clostridium butyricum can effectively increase the laying and fertilization rates of breed ducks.
