穗条木质化程度和储存时间对思茅松容器苗嫁接成活率的影响

摘    要:研究了思茅松穗条的木质化程度和储存时间对嫁接成活率的影响,结果表明:老枝比嫩枝的嫁接成活率更高;嫁接成活率随着穗条储存时间的增加而降低,当穗条置于冷库(0~10℃)条件下,穗条储存7天后嫁接成活率为10%,常温条件下,穗条储存5天后嫁接成活率仅有3.3%。

Abstract:The influence of scion lignification degree and storage time on the survival rate of container seeding grafting of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis was studied. The results showed that,the grafting survival rate with an old scion was high-er than that with a tender scion,and the grafting survival rate decreased with the increase of storage time. When scion un-der the condition of cold storage (0~10℃),the grafting survival rate was 10%after seven days of storage. When scion under the condition of normal temperature,its grafting survival rate was 3.3% after five days of storage.
