Study on PLC Application in Process Line of Fully Automatic Pulp Molding Shaping Machine

The paper simply explained the technological process and control demands of process line of fully automation pulp molding shaping machine, and mainly discusseed some technical key questions of the automatic control system in the realizing process of software and hardware.The questions contained the selection of programmable controller, the control of motor, the software compile of rotating disk location identifier and the setting up of sensor,as well as considerable questions during the system start-up and shut-down. The practice operation showed higher reliability, higher level automation and good security in the control system.
